Dj - Sezar Duran

Sezar has been Dj in the www.salsacongressscandinavia.com every year and some Club Caliente party’s led bye Dj Davar, his best friend here in Gothenburg. They have been visiting each other many times and Sezar Duran has become a known person here in Gothenburg he enjoys to visit.
He also has been and is playing at some social in Oslo .
For about 6 years salsa has became a lifestyle and passion for Sezar.
He has been dancing and travelling to about 25 congresses, living periodically in New York and taken classes world wide. Throughout time also listening and getting to know well the mambo and Cuban scene, bachata and chachacha dances, differences and tastes. Romantic salsa, timba Cuban or salsa mambo…. Old school or new stuff. His passion and great love for salsa is old school mambo, the Fania All Stars and influences of the 60’s, 70’s salsa. With travelling he also collected music’s from different cd stands, Latin Music stores and people between.
He does his own new mixes with some songs that everybody knows but they feel like it should last 50 seconds longer…..or less. And he is truly a dancer by his heart and says the most confusing being a Dj/dancer is the frustration of not to be able to dance to the great songs. But he will deliver to the dancers as a dancer himself. He is also one of ten dancers from the group Iraché led by Jazzy from Oslo/Guatemala.
